This would have been a "Very Good" but they are let down by their delivery company. I was told that I would be given the driver name and a delivery slot by Tuffnell`s the delivery company. I would be given this information when the item is out for delivery. What I was given was 48 hours before the item would be delivered (Sat) I got a email saying that my delivery would be on Monday...... This was it, so as far as I know my wooden TV cabinet was in the back of a lorry all weekend.......... The item itself is great and very well made, I will most probably be looking in to buying another cabinet from here but will be looking into other delivery arrangements. Customer services was as helpful as they could be and quick to answer, I highly recommend but also recommend finding other delivery arrangements the the free offering
