Oh dear me. Item arrived badly damaged and had clearly been packed damaged as there were no loose parts in the box. Due to an employee not being properly trained (told this by another employee) all the courier instructions were put in the wrong part of the system. Poor courier turned up several times and did not have our instructions as to where we had put the damaged item so it was not collected. I was told the item was cancelled and they sent a new one yesterday. I am now trying to get my money back as the service has been shambolic to say the least. I have used them before and been really happy. This is an ongoing dismal and disappointing experience. Refund please.
