The furniture is 5* and I really love it, but the delivery is another matter. I am a disabled woman with no strength in my arms, legs or hands. The delivery was arranged for the afternoon time slot which was fine and the actual delivery was made within the time bracket, the problem was the driver just dropped all the furniture in their boxes at my front door and would not even lift it over my door frame into my porch for me. He did say he would be happy to return it to Roseland Furniture if I didn’t want it. I tried reasoning with him but he was not having any of it. When I booked the delivery I never seen it anywhere that it was a drop to front door delivery. I think people should know this as they may be like myself unable to move it themselves. I actually had to get my 70 year old neighbour to lift it in for me. I would ask Roseland Furniture to put this in bold on the delivery instructions and then also on the email/text message you send re the delivery. I would have never ordered from this company if I had known this prior to the Order Acknowledgement stage of ordering. I did not read the small print but who does. Just thought I would bring this to everyone’s attention. Like I said I love the furniture.
