Although the tv unit is very nice the communication concerning delivery was not acceptable. Delivery arranged for Tuesday with a phone call to allow a 3hr window, I re-arranged appointments I had on Tuesday to Wednesday I did not receive a call, so I rang for an update only to be told delivery was delayed until the Thursday if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known, I was told to call at 10am Thursday and they would call the driver and let me know what time it was going to be delivered, this was imperative as I had an hour’s journey to the property where it was going to be delivered to, Roseland knew this. On Thursday morning at 8.30 I had a message from the delivery company to say it had been delivered. When I complained to Roseland they said they had no control over the delivery company and offered an apology but they didn’t seem at all bothered. When I got to the property it was outside the door and the packaging was very wet as it had been raining. This is not good customer service and I would not purchase from this company again as they are very unreliable and do not communicate with you, they have your money so why bother.......
