Ordered a chest of drawers on Friday morning in time for next day delivery, then paid extra ten pounds for next day delivery. Problem is it didn't, arrive until Monday. Contacted Roseland on Saturday to be told I hadn't selected Express delivery ,when it quite clearly states I had selected this on invoice. Website needs to be clearer and also no apology or help over telephone.
