I ordered a bathroom cabinet which arrived promptly. One of the legs had a crack in it but because I live in an attic flat and the item was heavy it wasn't possible for me to return. I was offered a part refund which arrived in my bank quickly, so good customer service. The item is solid and heavy, I'm pleased with it. Hope this is helpful.
