My experience is only acceptable due to the coronavirus situation, I order 2 items, the Tv cabinet I received first was damaged in two places. I rang immediately and was asked to forward photos which I did. I received the second item, no problem, I have sent the photos for the 3rd time today, I keep getting e-mails off different people, yesterday I replied to one that asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I replied saying a replacement please, Then again today I am being faked to forward photos, I know times are difficult and staff working from home but it’s getting very frustrating. I hope someone can reply and let me know when a replacement is bring sent.
