Sideboard arrived damaged in several places - in fairness to Roseland, damage to packaging suggests damage caused by courier. Rang customer service - first person I spoke with - male - was exceptionally rude, unhelpful and dismissive, telling me to email photos of damaged sideboard, which I had already sent twice - and then hung up on me despite me being polite and calm. Second person was lovely and was able to arrange For the collection of the damaged sideboard and delivery of a replacement. However, despite the date for this being yesterday, this has not happened and there has been no communication. I am left with a re-packaged damaged sideboard in my hallway. Shame as the sideboard, if it had not been damaged, looks nice - hence still 2 stars. Not a great experience. Hopefully it will have a happy ending.
