Our two pieces of furniture arrived but in unpacking noticed both pieces were badly damaged. Rang and was told to send email with photos which I did, within a few minutes an email came back to say replacements had been arranged which we are due to receive on Friday. We love the furniture though (we have another piece we got a couple of years ago) so we have our fingers crossed the next delivery is not damaged! U have rated poor (2) because of damage but the furniture itself would get a 5
