The products I bought are great but communications were not. The first delivery date didn't happen. I received no reply to my email querying why. The delivery company will not let you leave a phone message. I was then sent another date by Roseland when I queried a delivery time window was told the delivery company didn't give these. This was odd as they had given me one for the first date.2 mins later the delivery co. sent me a time slot. On the morning of the delivery they rang to say they would be with me in an hour but wouldn't be coming into the house they would leave the parcels outside. Whilst I could understand this it made the fact I'd paid extra for a 2 man delivery team to help me get the furniture into the house pointless!. No one had told me this before the delivery. I emailed Roseland about this but still have had no reply. As it happened when they arrived they were exceptionally helpful and did bring them into the property. They also told me there had been a problem with the van on the first date. So all was well in the end,and as I said I am very happy with the product. However you really need to sort your communications out. I was very disappointed in this aspect as I expected better.
