I wasn’t informed when my sideboard was to be delivered.i arrived home to find the sideboard had been dumped in the communal area by my flat door and could have been taken. I’m 89 and unable to move the sideboard and had been going to arrange help when it was delivered. It was delivered on a Saturday and on the following Monday , I received an email saying it would be delivered that day.
On contacting Roseland, they said ‘sorry’ and that they’d sent it by the wrong delivery company. What customer service.
I couldn’t recommend the company if you can’t wait in all day from the day you leave the order.
