My item is damaged and the quality of the backboard stapling is awful!
I have tried calling twice-each time on hold for at least 25mins and still not through to anyone. I have now emailed my upset and disappointment and I’m waiting for a reply. I would like my money refunded as this item is damaged and not worth £198!
