Customer service was good, product average. First tv cabinet was badly finished. Contacted Roseland who arranged collection and replacement. The second cabinet was much better except for the plywood back which was loose, most of the staples having come out. We removed the back, trimmed the edge so that it fitted and screwed it back on.
