Kept us informed via email on delivery, however the automated text messaging service said the furniture had been delivered which was not the case and I phoned the number to confirm it hadn’t - they said it must be of been a computer error as they were on route. The delivery was good, the young lads were very polite and placed them outside with no help. No doubt if I’d of asked them to put them inside they would of but it wasn’t necessary.
