Two separate purchases to date with this company and faulty items with both. First purchase and damaged item was quickly replaced with great customer service. On this basis, happy to buy from them, but after receiving another damaged item, which was then replaced by a further damaged item, I would not recommend this company. It appears there is a manufacturing fault with the product which clearly was not quality checked prior to dispatch. Additionally, the customer service has been terrible. Understand we are in difficult circumstances, but they have let themselves down in customer service. 23 days after purchase and I have no refund and no product.
