I ordered 2 items on May 8th (a bank holiday) and as expected they were handed to the couriers the next working day. However the tracking details given were incorrect initially so when the expected delivery date (14th} passed I couldn't trace the shipment. Eventually the first item was delivered on May 20th but the couriers claimed the entire shipment was complete. The 2nd item arrived unexpectedly on the 22nd. The furniture was easy to assemble and of good quality, but the problems with delivery spoiled an otherwise pleasing purchase.
