I still haven’t had one item yet, (allegedly due to courier issues) and despite the current situation the service has been even less than one star. I consistently requested accurate updates and basically got run around answers. I was then pretty much accused of receiving the cabinet and not mentioning it (that was the inference). It was only when I said I would be asking my bank to take back the money, that I got some appropriate clarification last week.
I have been treated ok now but too late I’m afraid, I don’t think you have a credible business model there.
The answer phone is being used a barrier to keep peeved customers at bay. I left my number by email on several occasions, merely to get proper info. No one called. Etc etc etc
