Item arrived damaged & when I contacted Roseland I had to wait 48 hours for a response, I emailed them back within 2 minutes and then told I had to wait a further 48 hours for a response, it’s been longer than 48 hours and still no response! I’m currently stuck with a big damaged unit that’s barley holding itself together and no answers from Roseland. Phone lines are not working, can only contact via email which is disgraceful when Iv spent a lot of money on this item.
