Ordered a large desk and a TV stand. Desk arrived damaged and waiting fir replacement 4 weeks later. Received notification that TV stand was in process of delivery 2 weeks ago, but nothing yet. Still waiting for reply to my email querying how long item will be in transit.
Never had problems like this with other companies, Covid or not. 😱
