Bookcase did have a couple of marks on it but i decided they were not worth complaining over. Delivery service was disappointing. I paid extra to have two man delivery and checked my 3 hour delivery window the night before to make sure there were no changes. Delivery should have been between between 9am and 12 noon. They arrived at 07.15am!! I was still in my PJ's and not impressed. It irked me even more that when I received my delivery confirmation later that day they stated they delivered at 8.55am! I expected a more professional service, considering I paid extra.
