I received my sideboard nearly 2 weeks ago, very badly scratched and marked. I emailed immediately and was responded to after a few days asking for my postcode. It has then taken a few more days to have an email asking for photos. There has been no apology at all from the company and i now have packaging to dispose of and will have to wait in for another delivery when I am eventually given a new date. I am very disappointed.
