Shocking company, appalling customer service, not even worth one star but couldn't submit review without giving it one!
Still awaiting refund & collection of a unit that was delivered nearly 2 wks ago, which on arrival was sub-standard & weighed 15kg less than the 26kg advertised on their website. Courier has failed to collect on 2 occasions despite sending email confirmation on each of the days. Roseland still have our money & refuse to answer when we will get it back. Only way to contact them at present is via email which they are extremely slow to respond to & only ever answer the questions they choose to.
