I ordered 2 cabinets and they were delivered very quickly.. Just a few days. Both really well packaged but 1 of the cabinets was damaged. Looked like it was damaged in the warehouse before it was packaged. I called customer service and an auto voice advised to send an email. I didn't get a response for around 5 days with a poor reply.. Asking if it was just 1 cabinet damaged which was clearly stated in my original email. Then the reply to that email was a further 6 days and they said they didn't have another cabinet in stock to replace it. I sent another email and I am still waiting for a reply. I've had the damaged cabinet sitting in my hall for 3 weeks now and really annoyed at this company's customer service. It's a real pity as the other cabinet that is not damaged.. Is really lovely and deserves 5 stars for quality and delivery. If the CEO of this company is reading this... Please fix your customer service.
