I purchased a small sideboard which arrived in a couple of days with no problems with the delivery. It came very well packaged but when we opened it we noticed a few dents/scratches on the item and when I contacted Roseland the same day and supplied photos they arranged either a full refund or an exchange straight away with no hesitation. I opted for the exchange and have been told an estimated delivery date. Overall I am impressed with the service provided and would not hestitate to purchase from them again. The sideboard is lovely (apart from the damage) and looks really nice in my hallway.
