Lovely, sturdy, piece of furniture, and exactly what I was looking for. It stands near a unit from another famous Oak Furniture company, and its hard to tell the difference!. It arrived within a week of purchase, just as promised, but unfortunately the entire fixing kit was missing. An email to to company was responded to within 2 working days. The kit arrived 4 days later, but it was still missing some of the washers and the wall bracket fixings. I've managed to build the unit anyway - the washers aren't really necessary - and hence my rating of 4. Overall I am very pleased with it, and I would consider buying again.
