I recently purchased a TV stand from Roseland, but unfortunately it was damaged in transport although the box was clearly labelled fragile. Rather than return the item I took up the offer of a substantial partial refund and also received from them information regarding the exact colour it was painted in order to assist my repair. Considering the current restrictions, the customer support was prompt and helpful. I would buy from them again.
