I ordered 3 items of furniture showing in stock, only to be told that 1 was not. I tried amending my order by phone, they refused to call me and email back and forth for a resolution was frustrating. The item then cane back into stock, delivery was arranged for the 3 items... I arranged to be at home, 1 item (not the same one) was missing from the delivery. I was told that sometimes happens and nothing can be done. They only deliver once a week to my geographical area, so I had to wait a week and arrange another day at home.
