A mixed experience---- Though seemingly well-packed the tallboy which I ordered was damaged. I opted for a replacement but that too was damaged. As the damage was not too obvious I decided to keep it as I liked the product. I requested a reduction for damaged goods and accepted a third off the original price. This was refunded immediately.
During the whole interaction with the company I was dealt with apologetically, courteously and without quibble.
