Not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones but we've had an extremely bad experience with Roseland that I thought it important to share my thoughts. We only ordered two items but we've had problems with both, quality very poor and so much so that we've returned the chest of draws and don't want a replacement. I appreciate things are difficult due to COVID-19 but I can't help but feel they've really hidden behind that fact and making contact with them is extremely difficult. One of the main issues is the courier company they use for delivery "XDP", in the past week they failed to arrive with a delivery when stated and then subsequently failed to make collections when stated. I think this was my biggest issue, it's one thing having quality issues but when you waste customers time it's extremely infuriating. On top of that wen they did deliver the chest draws they just dumped it on our doorstep. I've made a complaint with management but as yet I've not heard back from them. Its sad to say but honestly, use this company with caution.
