First desk was delivered quickly but had a badly cracked leg. Roseland agreed to send a replacement and collect the original damaged desk at the same time. On delivery of second desk courier said he had no knowledge of a return and had no room on the van to return the first, suggested I contact Roseland again to arrange return of this. Roseland said I would be contacted " within a few days" by courier but to contact them if not. No contact from courier, Again contacted Roseland, they "would arrange a collection"....still no contact from anyone.
We are very pleased with desk itself, but the ongoing saga of returning the damaged item continues, One of the problems of online ordering?
