I ordered a tv stand and delivery was arranged for last Wednesday. The van arrived and the delivery men went to get the tv stand to find it wasn't on the van. Since then I have written various emails to Roseland furniture who keep telling the courier service will be in touch with to rearrange delivery. As yet nothing has happened. I tried ringing Roseland ,but at present they are not answering the phone. I am now at the point of asking for a refund and cancelling the order. I have had no explanation to what has happened. It is very unfair they can take my money and not offer a reasonable explanation . i would not recommend this company. It has been an absolute fiasco and still is!
