The furniture is fine. It’s acceptably made for the price, sturdy enough and looks ok. The customer service is SHOCKING. Ordered three items, a bookcase, a nest of tables, and a TV stand. The bookcase was out of stock so I was emailed and told they would dispatch it all when the bookcase was back in stock which should only be a few days. Sure enough a few days later the bookcase and nest of tables arrived, but no TV stand. I tried to call but they don’t have an active phone line. I emailed and waited three days for a reply which said there was a mix up and they would send the tv stand shortly. I waited a week, emailed them again to be told Two days later they had not sent me a new one but would do it now. I waited another week emailed again and waited two days to be told they had now dispatched it and gave me a tracking number. After a further week and no progress I emailed again and was told (two days later) that they had spoken to the courier and it would be with us in a few days. Another week goes by and I email again, this time a reply same day says the courier can’t find the tv stand, do I want a refund or for them to send me another one. Now at this stage of course I want a refund but finding a tv stand that matches the bookcase and nest of tables would be near impossible so I asked for a new one to be sent. A rapid reply (a few hours) later I was told it would be with me in a few days and finally it was. Until the latter emails no one seemed to care about my order. No one went the extra mile to resolve the issue. I asked for a call repeatedly which was ignored. Frankly, the goods aren’t good enough that the awful customer service is acceptable. I won’t be buying again and have recommended to others they shouldn’t buy either. Two stars is very generous in my opinion and is there only because the goods are four star, the company zero stars. Avoid this unprofessional company.
