Absolutely dreadful experience! They firstly sent a damaged item and that was sent back and replaced and the replacement was also damaged! They clearly don't have any quality control in Vietnam where this particular item was made.:/
The second damaged item was sent back last week and they are now claiming they haven't received it.
It's an absolute debacle.
Avoid at all costs if you're looking for high quality furniture and quality customer service.
