I ordered 2 items but since one was not in stock, had to wait approximately 3-4 weeks for them both to be delivered. I wasn't notified of a definite delivery day and had just 12 minutes' notice for a 2-hour slot for it; the van turned up an hour and a quarter after this slot. There was just one item and it was the one which had been out of stock. Shortly after it was delivered, I received an email to say that the first item was not up to standard so this would come later. When I unpacked my item, there was a tear in the backing material (not oak); but since the item was going to go up against the wall and it's difficult to see from the front, especially with items on the shelf, I have kept it. I also didn't want the hassle of having to return it. Having detailed all these negatives, I must say that the wood is lovely; and I am hoping I will have a better experience with the other item.
