Should not have been asked to review before my damaged furniture door problem was rectified. The order took an age to all come into stock, then 1 sideboard door was damaged, but apparently I have to wait for the whole product to be re-ordered and delivered.
There is a lack of communication between customer and suppliers unless me, the customer chases for an update. This is a shame as the product is really nice. It was all packaged really well so it was unfortunate that 1 piece out of 8 was damaged.
I have been told that a new complete product is ordered and will be in stock at the end of the month (August). I will wait and see if Roseland contact me, before I contact them to chase it.
Once my order is completed I will be happy to write another review.
