Whereas. Furniture received and appears satisfactory I was charged an additional £25 for two drivers. When goods delivered, which I might add arrived without prior notice, the then driver announced NEVER have two men on board stating Just a way they get more money out of you. I have already requested a refund so far without this being acknowledged. The driver did NOT wear mask or Gloves.
