Dreadful customer service. I had to wait rather along time for delivery and then the incorrect item was delivered. This took quite some chasing get collected and replaced. I had to do all of the chasing despite it not being my error. I had to pay the workman who came to assemble my wardrobe still but Roseland didn't seem to care about this and it was brushed over in their response emails. Instead they wanted to lay the blame at the couriers door which may have been valid but irrelevant to me as it was them who I had done business with. I do now have my wardrobe redelivered after having weeks of having my clothes on the floor and the bed and having lost £25 which I had to pay the workman. I even had to chase the courier service myself in the end!! Be very careful about ordering from this company. I certainly wont be again.
