We have recently brought a sideboard and chest of drawers. In summary, lovely products but appalling delivery and logistics. The deliveries turn up without warning and in both cases dumped in a communal hall of a three floor apartment building without even ringing the bell to our apartment.. Furthermore, both items say on the packaging "two-man handling only" but were delivered by one man in both cases. For the sideboard there was a major bash with splintering on the back plywood where someone (probably the one man handling) had dropped the item. Rosewood, please get your act logistics act together as your products are great!
