I purchased the TV stand that was promptly delivered, unfortunately it arrived damage so I contacted Roseland staff who were brilliant. They apologised for the damaged and gave me multiple options on what could be done, we decided to have the unit completely replaced, the old stand was picked up very quickly and the new one delivered shortly after. The customer service was excellent throughout the process and the new unit is perfect!
