I ordered the Surrey Oak console table for my hallway and was pleased when it arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was missing some bolts, had not been drilled properly and had some faulty brackets. I contacted Roseland and they sorted an exchange and collection of the faulty console straight away with no fuss. The replacement arrived 2 days later and is perfect. Well done Roseland for the excellent customer service
