The delivery was very quick. However, there is no option of choosing convenient date for delivery and no option of re-arranging it. They just turned up and kept attempting to deliver it every day. We were away and I emailed customer service asking to deliver it a couple of days later but they still turned up next day when we were still away and left a massive box with chest of drawers outside our entrance door. All neighbours were shocked how this big unit was just dumped near the entrance door.. We were not impressed about it.
