The furniture is good and is packed really well to prevent any damage. However, the communication is poor. I was expecting my furniture mid August and it was not delivered until the first week of September. Roseland took no responsibility for the slow delivery and continually blamed the courier. Each week they promised to come back to me with a resolution but they did not. The overall supply process is the responsibility of Roseland and once they had been paid, customer service was definitely not a priority.
