I ordered a tv cabinet which was delivered four days later. It damaged when it arrived so I contacted Roseland and an exchange was arranged. It took a week for the replacement to be delivered and I was told the damaged unit would be picked up by 6pm on the same day but by a different carrier. It wasn't uplifted and after calling the company I was informed that another collection would have to be scheduled and this could take 3-5 working days. After speaking to a manager the damaged unit was finally collected four days later.
I am pleased with the second unit that was delivered but was not impressed that I had to have the damaged unit in my hallway for 10 days.
