Pleased with the furniture. As for getting all the furniture that was something else. All furniture was on order from the beginning of July but only got final item on 7th September. My order of a corner unit I had to wait for as it did not turn up with sideboard, was then told it wasn't coming as it got lost in transit could have another but would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks, so l ordered a different unit which came within the week and at the time I ordered the new unit I was told my TV unit would arrive at the beginning of September.At the end of August I got a message to say TV unit was on it's way (happy days). I then get another message to say sorry TV unit has been lost in transit WHAT.......how may peices of furniture do you actually loose, can understand one being lost but two from the same order UNBELIEVABLE, and told I had to what 6 to 8 weeks for another. I immediately got on the phone and spoke to Beky who agreed all the messing around I had was unacceptable. She apologised said she would look into it and try and find out what had happened to the TV unit, got a message later on the 4th September to say she was waiting to hear from the depot the next the I know is the delivery drivers turn up on my doorstep on 7th September with the TV unit. I really think we deserve some compensation for the amount of emails I have had to send and phone calls I have had to make to Uni and Becky to try and sort out my problems and find lost furniture. I know things are delayed because of COVID but you can't blame COVID for losing my furniture. Awaiting your reply
