Terrible service ordered a sideboard came damaged asked for exchange they took the damaged one and gave me the new side board that was actually worse then the first one so I thought I’d try exchange again for that one to be damaged again they arranges to pick it up, date and time to have no show and I waited in all day for them. So I complained they eventually picked it up this time I asked for refund to get email back saying They have received the side board but on there system we are missing two!!!!
what isn’t my fault that the carrier has miss placed them... they said they will investigate and contact me I have had no contact so I’ve had to contact them again been a month and still heard nothing! Appalling service and still Havant received my refund and I’ve been dealing with this company since June ! Don’t order from this company your only going to get stress and disappointment and no money or side board. I have been very patient and didn’t want to write any review but I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional. By the looks of it they obviously don’t want to give me my money back.
