Positives and negatives - easy to order and acceptable quality although was a bit disappointed at the unseen internal finishes and one screw not gripping. The overall finish when put together looked fine though for the price paid. My main negative was the delivery process as all instructions came on the day of delivery and was out at the time. The delivery man told me to send him a confirmation email to say he could leave it in my safe place except it didn't work. The link forced me to download an app and put in my details which I didn't like and then find out from customer service this was not necessary when I rang them stressed out by the whole procedure. My previous purchases were great and seamless but this wasnot acceptable. Also I never checked how much DIY I needed to do which was a lot and found this extremely challenging as bending and lifting was difficult. This is an honest review and feedback with the good and not so good aspects thank you
