I ordered a sideboard almost 4 weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered 5 days later. I received a text confirming delivery, arranged for somebody to wait in ALL day & it quite simply did not arrive. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I phoned Customer Services (they did not bother to reach out to me) & was told there was nothing they could do & that I was to await further instruction from them. I have still heard nothing. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company. They have had my money for quite sometime and have not delivered anything. The worst thing is the absolute lack of communication from them. They evidently do not care about their customers at all. i also paid an additional £25 for delivery - what a joke. Roseland - kindly contact me & let me know what is happening.
