I knew my item was on a re-order but was not told had to wait 8 weeks for stocks to arrive.
It was only when I said I wanted a refund some action was eventually taken. Waited over 3 months in the end. ????. Don't think the customer should have to keep e-mailing like I did. It would be nice to be kept updated of the progress by the company.
