One thing you could do is get rid of your autmated email, as it quite offensive. Many people suffer from mental illness, myself being one, and an email such as the one you send out doesn't help matters, it would be better to get a more personal email. It wouldn't matter if it was to take a little longer to reply, but people would appreciate it more, and that would show a more personal touch from yourselves. The time between ordering and delivery is quite good, but if you order multiple items, it would be nice if they came together. You say that you can track your delivery but I've had two items turn up separately, and didn't know they were coming on those days, so that needs to be looked at.
