They are very efficient and delivered to our holiday address and it all went smoothly. Unfortunately one item of furniture had a slight scratch on it and they responded almost immediately. Once they had seen the photo within the hour the situation was resolved after giving us options of refund Compensation or replacement. Will b using them again
